The Final Countdown

The end-of-summer showcase is nigh, and students in all of our classes are putting the finishing touches on their presentations. No spoilers, but scroll on for a preview of what our creative students have been hard at work on.

In Library B09…

Big History students have scissors, paper, glue, and decades of climate data at their disposal. At the showcase tomorrow, they will present posters about the historical impact of the Anthropocene era.

In Library B10…

Mr. Correa’s students are in the final stages of putting together their music videos. After mixing and mastering their music tracks, students spent today capturing their final shots and polishing their editing.

In the iLab…

Student are prepping numerous projects for their showcase display. Get ready to see vinyl stickers, t-shirts, laser-cut art, and 3D printings!

In Koch 314…

Sketches are on the fast track to completion! In addition to displaying four of their favorite sketches from the term, students will be debuting their interior redesigns of the Hess Center. Students have re-imagined the foyer as sites as diverse as a party hall and a chapel.

Are Public Speakers are at last speaking in public! This session holds talks on plastic pollution, mental health, and the value of exercise.

In the Acting Lab…

The sound of music rings out, again, and again, and again, as students drill their choreography and singing. Each section will present three song and dance numbers tomorrow at the showcase.
