Field trips are an important part of the Experimentory. They are, of course, fun, but they can also be part of team building, creative exploration, learning to take risks, and sampling Deerfield.
This weekend students enjoyed three field trips. Friday evening we were off to a mall for group puzzle solving at Escape Rooms. Saturday we were team building and discovering new courage at Ramblewild, an aerial park. And Sunday was Deerfield Day: an opportunity to visit smaller or specialized points of interest in smaller groups. This year's Deerfield Day included the Rock, Yankee Candle, Retreat Farm in Vermont, the Basketball Hall of Fame, and the Springfield Science Museum.
Today's post includes photos from many of these trips. Enjoy!
